At FEROLA SWIM, your satisfaction and comfort come first. We want you to feel confident in every purchase you make with us.

Exchanges & Returns

We offer the option to exchange or return your order at the time of delivery only, while the courier is present.

When your order arrives, you are welcome to inspect the size, fit, color, quality, and overall condition of the item before accepting the shipment.

If you wish to exchange a size or return an item, simply hand it back to the courier at the time of delivery. For a different size or style, a new order can be placed through our website.

Once the order has been accepted and the courier has left, the purchase is considered final, and no exchanges or returns can be processed.

Customers are responsible for carefully inspecting their order before accepting the shipment.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges once the product has been accepted and is in the customer's possession.

Manufacturing Defects

Any claim regarding a potential manufacturing defect must be reported within 30 days of receiving the order. The item will be inspected and assessed by our Quality Control team to determine whether a manufacturing defect exists and the appropriate resolution based on the inspection results.

نوفر إمكانية استبدال أو استرجاع الطلب وقت الاستلام فقط وفي وجود مندوب الشحن.

عند وصول طلبكِ، يمكنكِ فحص المقاس، والملاءمة، واللون، وجودة المنتج، والحالة العامة للقطعة قبل قبول الشحنة.

في حال الرغبة في استبدال المقاس أو استرجاع المنتج، يُرجى تسليم القطعة إلى مندوب الشحن في وقت التسليم. ولطلب مقاس أو تصميم مختلف، يمكنكِ تقديم طلب جديد من خلال موقعنا الإلكتروني.

بمجرد قبول الطلب ومغادرة مندوب الشحن، يُعتبر الشراء نهائيًا، ولا يمكن إجراء أي استبدال أو استرجاع بعد ذلك.

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية فحص الطلب بعناية قبل قبول الشحنة.

ونظرًا لأسباب تتعلق بالنظافة الشخصية، لا يمكننا قبول أي طلبات استبدال أو استرجاع بعد قبول المنتج ودخوله في حيازة العميل.

عيوب التصنيع

في حال وجود شكوى تتعلق بعيب تصنيع محتمل، يجب الإبلاغ عنها خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب. سيتم فحص القطعة وتقييمها من قبل فريق مراقبة الجودة لدينا للتحقق من وجود عيب تصنيع وتحديد الإجراء المناسب بناءً على نتيجة الفحص.
