How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service. You will be notified once your order is out for delivery. Please ensure you are available to receive and inspect your shipment.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via the contact details provided at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

What if I provided incorrect delivery information?

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. FEROLA SWIM is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. Please double-check your information before placing your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. We offer exchanges and returns at the time of delivery only, while the courier is present. Once the order has been accepted and the courier has left, the purchase is considered final.

What if I want a different size?

If you wish to exchange for a different size, simply hand the item back to the courier at the time of delivery and place a new order through our website.

What if my item has a manufacturing defect?

Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 30 days of receiving your order. Our Quality Control team will inspect the item and determine the appropriate resolution.
